- 🚀 What You’ll Do:Pick up plants and related items from our partner stores
- Deliver to homes, apartments, or offices on time
- Handle plants with care to maintain their freshness and quality
- Follow all traffic and safety rules while riding
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Communicate effectively with both customers and dispatch
- Maintain basic delivery records and paperwork
- Collect payments or verify customer ID if required (as per company policy)
- 💸 Earnings & Incentives:Base Pay: ₹60 per trip
- Each trip includes 2 to 5 orders
- Long Distance Bonus: ₹15 per order
- Weekend Surge: ₹5 extra per order on Saturdays and Sundays
- Weekly Incentives:Complete 50 orders – earn ₹200 bonus
- Complete 60 orders – earn ₹300 bonus
- Complete 70 orders – earn ₹400 bonus
- Complete 80 orders – earn ₹500 bonus
- Complete 90 orders – earn ₹600 bonus
- Complete 100 orders – earn ₹700 bonus
- Complete 120 orders – earn ₹1,000 bonus
- Complete 150 orders – earn ₹1,500 bonus
