Job Description

  • Desktop, laptop and computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Software installation, updates and system maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD and other hardware issues.
  • Printer, scanner and Microsoft Office support.
  • Basic LAN, Wi-Fi and networking troubleshooting.
  • Outlook configuration and email support.
  • Antivirus installation and system security checks.
  • IT asset management and technical support to users.
