### 🔧 Position: DIE MAKER / TOOL & DIE MAKER
Hume ek **experienced Die Maker** chahiye jisko **automotive filter industry mein use hone wali dies/tooling** banane ka practical aur technical experience ho. Candidate ko **Lathe Machine par die banana, Power Press dies aur filter ke metal components** ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye.
### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* **Lathe Machine par Die/Tooling banana** aana chahiye.
* Automotive filters ke liye **Die aur Tooling develop** karne ka experience hona chahiye.
* Filter ki **Caps, Metal Parts aur Child Parts** ki dies banana aana chahiye.
* **Technical Drawing samajhkar** uske according die/part develop kar sake.
* **Power Press par chalne wali Dies** banane aur set karne ki proper knowledge honi chahiye.
* Power Press aur related machines ki **basic technical knowledge** honi chahiye.
* Existing dies ki **repair, maintenance aur modification** kar sake.
* Die mein problem aane par **fault identify karke rectify** kar sake.
* Die ki **fitting, alignment, clearance aur finishing** ki understanding honi chahiye.
* Production ke according die ko **proper working condition mein maintain** karna.
* New filter parts ke liye requirement ke according **new die/tooling develop** kar sake.
* Die banate waqt **measurement aur accuracy** ka proper dhyan rakhna.
* Vernier, Micrometer aur other **measuring tools** use karna aana chahiye.
* Production aur Maintenance team ke saath coordinate karke die-related problems solve kar sake.
* Machine aur tooling ko safely operate kare aur **workshop safety rules follow** kare.

### EXPERIENCE
* **Minimum 5 years ka practical experience preferred** in Die Making / Tool Room.
* Automotive components ya **automotive filter manufacturing ka experience strongly preferred**.
* Candidate ne khud se **Power Press Dies / Filter Tooling banayi aur maintain ki ho**, toh preference di jayegi.
* Sirf machine operator nahi — hume **actual Die/Tooling banane ka hands-on experience** wala person chahiye.
### EDUCATION
* **ITI – Fitter / Tool & Die Maker / Machinist preferred**
* Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making bhi acceptable hai.
* Education se zyada **practical technical knowledge aur experience important** rahega.
### CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Gender Preference: **Male**
* Responsible aur disciplined hona chahiye.
* Kaam mein **accuracy aur finishing** achhi honi chahiye.
* Machine aur dies ko properly maintain karne ki habit ho.
* Production problem ko samajhkar practical solution nikal sake.
* Long-term company ke saath kaam karne wala candidate preferred.
### SALARY
**₹30,000 – ₹33,000 per month**
Salary final candidate ke **experience, technical knowledge aur practical Die Making skills** ke according decide hogi.
### IMPORTANT
**Hume normal Lathe Operator ya Power Press Operator nahi chahiye. Hume specifically aisa DIE MAKER chahiye jo Automotive Filters ki Caps, Metal Parts aur Child Parts ke liye Power Press Dies / Tooling bana, repair aur maintain kar sake.**
