## 💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

### 📱 Digital Marketing

* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

* Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns.

* Support SEO and website content activities.

* Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

* Explore new digital channels for student engagement and lead generation.

### 📞 Business Development & Lead Generation

* Connect with prospective students through **calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms**.

* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Generate, manage, and follow up with leads.

* Assist in converting inquiries into admissions and enrollments.

* Maintain consistent communication with prospective students.

### 🎓 Student Counseling & Sales Support

* Explain courses, universities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

* Handle student and parent queries professionally.

* Build strong relationships with prospective students.

* Support counseling and sales strategies to achieve admission targets.

### 📊 Research & Team Coordination

* Conduct market, competitor, university, and course research.

* Coordinate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams.

* Maintain accurate lead and admission records.

* Prepare daily activity and performance updates.
