## Roles & Responsibilities

### Digital Marketing

* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

* Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional activities

* Support SEO activities and website content management

* Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement suggestions

### Business Development & Lead Generation

* Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels

* Convert inquiries into successful admissions and enrollments

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and applicants

### Student Counseling & Sales Support

* Explain courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures

* Address student and parent queries professionally

* Support the implementation of sales and counseling strategies

### Research & Coordination

* Conduct market and competitor research

* Coordinate with marketing, counseling, and operations teams

* Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and daily activities
