Job Description
- Manage daily packing and dispatch of customer orders
- Process and manage orders received from e-commerce marketplaces
- Print invoices, shipping labels and courier documents
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines and freight costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records on computer
- Ensure proper documentation: invoices, e-way bills, packing lists (for every shipment)
Requirements:
* Good working knowledge of computers
* Basic knowledge of Excel, email and internet
* Experience with e-commerce order processing is preferred
* Knowledge of BarTender label printing software will be an advantage
* Able to read and write English
* Responsible, punctual and organized
* Experience in dispatch/e-commerce/warehouse operations preferred
