🔧 Your Role
We’re looking for a Dispatch Executive who will help to execute our backend operations—inventory, timely dispatch, and data accuracy — with zero tolerance for errors.
✅ Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, WIP & finished goods
Coordinate & oversee timely dispatches
Ensure real-time data updates across systems
Conduct regular stock audits & reconcile reports
Supervise packing & dispatch team
Handle RTOs, damages & rejection records
Work closely with production for stock movement updates
Keep documentation and dispatch reports clean & error-free
🎯 Who You Are
1+ years in apparel warehouse/store/dispatch
Detail-oriented with strong inventory & Excel skills
Background in garment production or fulfillment
Proactive, dependable, and process-driven
Comfortable with order management tools (Shopify, Unicommerce, Etc.) and Marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
⭐ Bonus Points
D2C fashion brand experience
Knowledge of courier integrations & RTO handling
Experience in packaging standards for premium ethnic wear
