Job SummaryLOOKONCE ENTERPRISE is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with strong expertise in Myntra Seller/Partner Portal operations. The candidate should have complete end-to-end knowledge of Myntra marketplace operations and be capable of independently managing marketplace operations, advertising, promotions, reporting, reconciliation and profitability analysis.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete end-to-end Myntra operations (A to Z)
• Handle product/style creation, cataloguing, attributes, images, pricing and product listings
• Manage Style, Listing, SKU, Inventory and Approval processes on Myntra
• Handle inventory updates, size mapping and inventory synchronization
• Monitor orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, RTO and other order-related operations
• Prepare and maintain Order Reports and Return Reports
• Handle Myntra claims, tickets, escalations and issue resolution
• Monitor product/listing status and resolve issues preventing styles from going live
• Manage Myntra Partner Portal and ensure all marketplace operations are completed accurately
• Handle payment reconciliation and settlement reconciliation
• Verify settlements, commissions, deductions, penalties, returns, shipping charges and other marketplace charges
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for Myntra and Flipkart
• Analyze SKU-wise sales, costs, deductions, settlements and profitability
• Track marketplace payments and identify discrepancies between orders, settlements and actual received amounts
• Prepare regular Sales, Order, Return, Payment Reconciliation and Profitability Reports
• Marketplace Ads, Campaigns & PromotionsManage Myntra and Flipkart marketplace advertising campaigns
• Plan, create, monitor and optimize Ads and Campaigns to improve product visibility, traffic and sales
• Manage promotions, discounts, offers and campaign participation
• Select appropriate products/SKUs for campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales and ROAS/ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on sales and profitability
• Monitor promotional pricing and ensure correct implementation of offers
• Prepare Ads, Campaign and Promotion Performance Reports
• Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding campaign enrollment, promotions and offer-related issues
• Other ResponsibilitiesMonitor marketplace performance and provide regular reports to management
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for timely order processing and dispatch
• Manage Flipkart marketplace operations along with Myntra
• Identify marketplace issues and coordinate with platform support teams for resolution
• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory and product information across marketplaces
• Required Skills3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Operations
• Strong/Expert-level knowledge of Myntra operations is mandatory
• Complete understanding of Myntra Partner Portal and end-to-end marketplace processes
• Practical knowledge of Myntra cataloguing, styles, listings, SKUs, inventory, orders, returns, claims and settlements
• Strong knowledge of payment/settlement reconciliation
• Experience preparing Order Reports, Return Reports, Settlement Reports and P&L Reports
• Ability to analyze SKU-wise profitability and marketplace deductions
• Practical experience with Marketplace Ads, Campaigns, Promotions and Offers
• Experience handling Myntra support tickets and escalations
• Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Portal
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including reporting, reconciliation and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage marketplace operations

Important RequirementMyntra expertise is mandatory. The candidate should be capable of independently handling Myntra operations from A to Z, including cataloguing, listings, inventory, orders, returns, claims, settlements, payment reconciliation, ads, campaigns, promotions, reporting and profitability analysis.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and expertise.
