E-Commerce Executive

Job SummaryMF Global Services is looking for a motivated and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms, product listings, marketplace operations, digital promotions, and customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a good understanding of product marketing, SEO, and online sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update product listings on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
• Research products, competitors, pricing, keywords, and market trends.
• Monitor and manage online enquiries, leads, orders, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert online leads into orders.
• Maintain accurate product pricing, stock availability, and product information.
• Improve product visibility and ranking through SEO and marketplace optimization.
• Manage product uploads, editing, categorization, and removal.
• Track marketplace performance, enquiries, conversions, and sales.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for leads, orders, sales, and product performance.
• Coordinate with the design and digital marketing team for product creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new products and market opportunities for corporate gifting and promotional products.
• Handle customer queries through online platforms, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and online enquiries.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of E-Commerce and Marketplace Management.
• Knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Amazon, Flipkart or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Search, and digital marketing.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good product research and competitor analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products and tasks simultaneously.
• Result-oriented approach with a focus on lead generation and sales conversion.
• QualificationGraduate in any stream.
• E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or Marketing background preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
