Job Description

Job Responsibilities -


  • Check products for quality, damage, defects, size, color, and quantity.
  • Verify products against online orders, SKU, product details, and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks before packing and dispatch.
  • Check whether the correct product is packed against the customer order.
  • Identify defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items and report them.
  • Maintain daily QC records and reports.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Check product labels, barcodes, and SKU details for accuracy.



Required Skills-


  • Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and dispatch.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify errors and quality issues.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate must.
  • Experience ( 6 months to 2 years ) in e-commerce, warehouse, QC is must.
