E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking an experienced, proactive E-commerce Assistant who can not only manage daily operations but also take a lead role in setting up and launching our online store. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the initial stages of e-commerce store creation (Amazon) and possesses the technical know-how to build a smooth, operational backend.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Setup & Launch (Initial Phase)

Platform Configuration: Set up the online store from scratch on Amazon 

Catalog Creation: Bulk upload products, map categories, configure navigation menus, and set up filters for a seamless user experience.

Integration: Assist in integrating essential plugins, payment gateways, shipping partners, and basic tracking tools.

Testing: Test the end-to-end user journey (from adding to cart to payment checkout) to ensure zero glitches before the official launch.

1. Daily Operations (Post-Launch Phase)

Listing Optimization: Continually update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images to improve conversions.

Inventory & Order Management: Track daily stock levels, process incoming orders, generate shipping labels, and coordinate with logistics partners.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, returns, and refunds professionally.

Returns & Claims: Manage marketplace returns, process refunds, and file claims for damaged transits.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in setting up online stores from scratch and managing daily e-commerce operations (1–3 years preferred).

Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience on marketplace seller central backends (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Technical Skills: Good understanding of e-commerce themes, and proficiency in MS Excel (for bulk uploads and data management).

Problem-Solving: A self-starter who can figure out platform configurations and troubleshoot basic errors independently.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on setup experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
