Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, etc.)
  • Upload and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SKU)
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics partners
  • Process orders, track shipments, and handle cancellations/returns
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
  • Handle customer queries related to orders and products
  • Run basic promotions and assist in online sales campaigns
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports
