Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, and sales performance across platforms such as Flipkart, and Shopify.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.
• Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor orders, inventory, stock availability, returns, and cancellations.
• Optimize product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and sales.
• Monitor advertising campaigns, sales reports, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams.
• Handle customer queries, marketplace tickets, and seller account issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports using Excel.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and stock updates.
• Track competitors, market trends, and new sales opportunities.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling.
• Good command of MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of product SEO, inventory management, and marketplace advertising is an advantage.
• QualificationsGraduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may apply.
