Company Description Partsbaba Ventures Private Limited is an online e-commerce platform specializing in electronic parts and components. The company’s primary focus is on printers, laptops, and drone parts, along with related components, accessories, and repair tools, making it a one-stop solution for engineers and technicians. Partsbaba also operates a YouTube channel that helps electronic manufacturers promote and build their brands while leveraging the platform’s network to sell products. The company is expanding into 3D printer parts, barcode and thermal printers, robotics, mobile accessories, and electric vehicles, offering team members exposure to a growing and dynamic product range.

Role Description The Ecommerce Warehouse Executive (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, checking, and storing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments in line with company standards. The role involves maintaining organized warehouse shelves, monitoring stock levels, and updating inventory records in coordination with the warehouse management team. The Executive also supports basic customer service needs related to order dispatch and delivery queries, communicates with internal teams to resolve issues, and follows safety and quality procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong packing skills with attention to detail and care in handling electronic components.
• Candidates should possess good communication and basic customer service skills to coordinate with team members and support order-related inquiries.
• Candidates should possess inventory control skills, including stock checking, labeling, and record maintenance.
• Candidates should possess foundational warehouse management skills, such as organizing shelves, following processes, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with e-commerce or ERP systems are beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move packages safely, stand for extended periods, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience in an e-commerce warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
