Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings (uploading, editing, and updating products)
- Handle orders, returns, and customer queries
- Coordinate with logistics and vendors for smooth order processing
- Monitor inventory and update stock regularly
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Work on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Track sales performance and generate reports
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of product SEO (titles, keywords, descriptions)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Experience in handling online marketplaces
