Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager (Amazon & Online Orders)

Location: Delhi

Salary: 12k to 20k

Experience Required: 1–3 Years in E-commerce / Warehouse Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly disciplined and responsible E-commerce Operations Manager to handle daily warehouse and order operations. This role requires strong leadership, accuracy, and time management skills. The candidate will be fully responsible for smooth dispatch operations and team coordination.

This is a performance-based role. We expect ownership, not excuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise warehouse staff
• Ensure employees report on time and complete daily tasks
• Print shipping labels and process daily orders
• Oversee product packaging and quality checks
• Maintain accurate stock inventory and prevent mismatches
• Coordinate Amazon / marketplace order dispatch
• Track daily shipments and reduce delays or errors
• Handle stock inward & outward entries
• Maintain organized storage and labeling system
• Report daily operations summary to business owner

Required Skills:

• Experience in Amazon / e-commerce order processing
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order panels, printing labels)
• Strong attention to detail
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure during high order volume
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Inventory management experience
