Job Description
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and social media leads.
Understand students' educational background, interests and career objectives.
Recommend suitable courses and career pathways.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification and career opportunities.
Conduct counselling sessions and institute visits for prospective students.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the training team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops and promotional activities.
Support digital marketing campaigns by following up with online leads.
Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions and pending follow-ups.
