Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

• 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and medical professionals regarding available courses and training programs.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, fees, and eligibility.
• Understand candidates' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle queries, resolve objections, and convert prospective students into admissions.
• Maintain candidate information, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a professional counselling experience.
• 🎯 RequirementsExperience: 0–2 years; freshers can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and counselling prospective students.
• Interest in sales, counselling, and admission-related activities.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.
