Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to handle electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting work at residential societies and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance work at society sites and DELHI-NCR local sites

- Install and maintain electrical equipment, fixtures, switches, sockets, and distribution systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.

- Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.

- Ensure proper testing and safe functioning of electrical systems.

- Follow electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the site/operations team for timely completion of work.

- Maintain basic records of completed work, materials, and site requirements.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installations.

- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

- Knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.

- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and at residential/project sites.

- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious approach.

Candidate should be okay for either full-time, contractual, or project-based work. Candidates can choose their preferred engagement type and work with us based on project requirements or on a permanent basis, as per their preference.
