# 🚀 Hiring: Flying Squad – Technical Field Executive (TFE)
**📍 Location:**
Lucknow
Jaipur
Noida
North Delhi
**Battery Smart** is hiring **Flying Squad – Technical Field Executives (TFE)** for a field-based technical and audit role.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct station reconciliation and QR sticker replacement.
* Perform surprise audits and ensure SOP compliance.
* Troubleshoot batteries and swapping stations.
* Engage with EV riders and collect feedback.
* Submit audit reports and identify operational issues.
### Eligibility
* Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical/service or field operations.
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred.
* Must own a bike and smartphone.
* Willing to travel 30–35 km daily.
* Good communication and observation skills.
### Salary -
18k -20k +pf/ esic
