About the Role - We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-oriented Executive Assistant - Administration & Communications to support day-to-day office operations, executive coordination, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official communications.
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and other official documents.
- Manage office administration, records, files, and documentation.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and internal coordination with teams.
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and stakeholder communication professionally.
- Assist in event coordination and other organizational activities.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in any discipline; prior experience in administration or executive assistance is preferred.
