Field Marketing Executive - Store Partnership

To expand the GN Store network through field-based sales, store partnership acquisition, Hope Box installation, and end-to-end GN Store onboarding, contributing directly to fundraising and partner growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential stores/businesses through field visits and direct sales.
• Pitch and convert prospects into GN Store partners.
• Achieve monthly store onboarding and Hope Box installation targets.
• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and Hope Box activation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.
• Maintain lead, conversion, installation, and partnership records.
• Submit regular field activity and performance reports.

KRAs & KPIs

• Store Acquisition - Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly store onboarding targets.
• Hope Box Installation - Meet monthly installation targets.
• Field Sales - Achieve daily/weekly field visit and prospecting targets.
• Lead Conversion - Convert qualified prospects into active partners.
• Partner Management - Maintain regular engagement with GN Store partners.
• Reporting - Maintain updated lead and performance records.

This is a target-based, performance-driven, and primarily field-sales position. The role requires extensive field visits, cold calling/visits, face-to-face pitching, lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and conversion. Candidates with proven field/direct sales experience will be strongly preferred.
