Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through field visits, references, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial telephonic discussions.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, and interview process to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Guide candidates to the interview location and ensure attendance.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and candidate joining reports.
- Build a strong candidate database through local sourcing.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Smartphone and basic MS Office knowledge.
- Target-oriented and energetic attitude.
