Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to pitch and sell premium organic manure/vermicompost directly to plant nurseries, landscaping agencies, and farmhouses across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Visit plant nurseries and garden centers daily across Delhi NCR.
Pitch product samples, demonstrate product benefits, and close bulk sales orders.
Build strong long-term relationships with nursery owners for recurring orders.
Collect order payments and track payment recoveries.
Maintain daily visit logs and report sales metrics.
Requirements
1+ years of field sales experience (Agri-inputs, fertilizers, FMCG, or nursery products preferred).
Own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.
Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and major nursery clusters.
Strong communication and closing skills in Hindi.
