Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the professional salon and beauty market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting salons, beauty parlours, spas, distributors and other potential B2B customers, introducing our product range, generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The role requires regular field visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, order collection and achievement of monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit salons, beauty parlours, spas, distributors, wholesalers and beauty professionals within the assigned territory.
• Generate new leads and convert potential customers into regular buyers.
• Present and promote the company's professional salon products, skincare, haircare, salon disposables, tools and accessories.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations wherever required.
• Take orders from clients and coordinate with the internal team for timely processing and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Identify new salons, distributors and business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders and customer requirements.
• Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, competitors and customer demand.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, orders and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities and sampling campaigns in the market.
• Ensure regular follow-up for payments and outstanding amounts, wherever applicable.
