Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers.

Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Product/Service Presentation

Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Track and report sales performance regularly.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Address customer queries and concerns promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients.

Close sales effectively and professionally.

Follow up on pending opportunities and leads.

6. Market Research

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Gather customer feedback and market insights.

Share valuable information with management for business improvement.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Update CRM and sales tracking systems.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer support teams.

Ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
