About Us

WiserStack is an events technology company working in the field of AI-powered security and analytics for events. We build technology for hotels, banquet halls and caterers.

Led by IIM Bangalore graduates, we work with clients across Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and other cities.

What Will You Do?

You will help us set up and manage DigiCount at different event locations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Equipment Setup: Carry cameras and other equipment from our base to the event venue and set them up (15-30 mins).

2. Camera & Internet Setup: Install CCTV cameras and connect the internet.

3. Quality Checks: Check that all equipment, cameras and connections are working properly.

4. Event Monitoring: Stay at the venue, monitor and make sure DigiCount is working smoothly during the event.

5. Report Delivery: Make sure the event report is generated correctly and shared with the client.

6. Pack Up: Remove the equipment after the event, pack it safely and return it to base.

Training for above will be provided. Only candidates who pass Test will be allowed.

Who Can Apply?

- Must have your own bike for travelling to event locations. This is mandatory.

- Should know basic computer and mobile app usage.

- Must be responsible and able to work independently.

- Should be comfortable travelling to different event venues and working evening/ night

- Prior experience in field operations is preferred.

- Experience with CCTV cameras, networking or internet setup is an added advantage.

- Having a laptop is preferred but not compulsory.

Work Details

- Job Type: Part-time, on an event basis we pay 750-900/ shift depending upon experience. Incentives, overtime , fuel allowance is extra

- Flexible Availability: You can choose which days or events you are available for. You are not required to work everyday. But once you confirm an event assignment, you must report for duty on time. Not showing up or coming late will lead to immediate blocking

- Working Hours: 8 hours per event.

- Typical Timing: Mostly between 5 PM and 12 AM. Some events may happen during the day.

- Work Location: Different hotels, banquet halls and event venues. Locations may change depending on the event.

- Training: Full training will be provided. Only candidates that pass assessment will be allowed

Payment & Benefits

- Payment for every 8-hour shift.

- Extra payment for overtime.

- Fuel and other work-related expenses will be reimbursed separately.
