Finance & Accounts Specialist – E-commerce Operations

Job Title: Export Finance & Accounts Specialist – Global E-commerce

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Export Finance & Accounts Specialist to take ownership of the finance and accounting operations of our growing international e-commerce business.

The role involves managing complete A–Z accounting for export operations, international marketplaces, foreign currency settlements, inventory and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Sales & Purchase Accounting
• Export Invoice & Shipping Document Reconciliation
• Marketplace Settlement Reconciliation – Amazon, eBay & other global platforms
• Bank & Foreign Currency Reconciliation
• FIRC/FIRA & Export Payment Tracking
• EDPMS / Export Receivable Tracking
• GST, LUT & IGST Export Compliance
• Input Tax Credit & GST Reconciliation
• Inventory & Stock Reconciliation
• Vendor & Shipping Partner Reconciliation
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• International Shipping & Logistics Expense Reconciliation
• Refunds, Returns, Claims & Marketplace Deductions
• Cash Flow & Pending Payment Monitoring
• P&L, Balance Sheet & Monthly Closing
• Company-wise & Marketplace-wise Profitability Analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST and export transactions
• Tally + Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Good understanding of foreign currency transactions and bank reconciliation
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to independently handle complete finance operations
• Experience in exports, international e-commerce, Amazon/eBay or multi-currency accounting will be highly preferred
