Job Description
We are hiring a Fleet Operator in Operations department to manage day-to-day running of cars and drivers.
Responsibilities: Assign cars and drivers for government department duty; maintain duty rosters, trip sheets and logs; ensure all documents (RC, insurance, permit, fitness, pollution) are valid; coordinate with drivers on call/WhatsApp for reporting and timings; handle breakdowns, replacement vehicles and last-minute changes; keep record of kilometres, fuel and billing details.
Requirements: Experience in fleet / transport / taxi / cab operations preferred; basic knowledge of vehicle documents and permits; comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel/Google Sheets; must be reliable and good at coordination with drivers.
