Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily activities of the floor/team.
Allocate work and ensure targets are achieved on time.
Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity.
Guide and motivate team members to improve performance.
Handle customer/client-related issues and resolve complaints.
Maintain daily reports and share performance updates with management.
Coordinate with HR, Sales and Operations teams.
Train new employees and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
Maintain discipline and a positive working environment.
Ensure company policies and processes are properly followed.
