Floor Manager /In Charge

·       Role: Floor In charge / Floor Supervisor (Service)

·       Industry: Two-Wheeler Automobile Service (Honda, Hero, TVS, Bajaj, EV, etc.)

·       Location: Delhi / NCR

·       Experience

Required: 2 to 5 years in automobile service operations

·       Qualification: ITI in Mechanical/Automobile or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop & Floor Management

·       Job

Allocation: Assign service, repair, and maintenance tasks to mechanics based on their skill levels and bay availability.

·       Workflow

Monitoring: Track ongoing repairs to ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered to customers on time.

·       Quality

Control: Inspect repaired two-wheelers to ensure work meets manufacturer (OEM) quality and safety standards.

·       Floor

Discipline: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols on the workshop floor.

Team Leadership & Support

·       Supervision: Oversee daily activities of technicians, mechanics, and service helpers.

·       Technical

Guidance: Train and guide staff on new repair procedures, tools, and technical updates.

·       Tool

Maintenance: Ensure proper use, upkeep, and safety of all workshop equipment and diagnostic tools.

Customer Service & Reporting

·       Customer

Interaction: Assist Service Advisors in resolving customer complaints and technical queries.

·       Documentation: Maintain accurate job cards, work allocation sheets, and daily workshop MIS reports.

Requirements & Skills

·       Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.

·       Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English for dealing with technicians and customers.

·       Ability to handle work pressure during peak service hours.
