Job Description

GSA (ग्राहक सेवा सहयोगी) क्या काम करता है?- ग्राहक सेवा (Customer Service): ग्राहकों का विनम्रता से स्वागत करना, उन्हें सही प्रोडक्ट तक पहुँचने में मदद करना, उनके सामान्य सवालों के जवाब देना और जरूरत के अनुसार सहायता करना।

- शेल्फ में सामान भरना (Shelf Filling): निर्धारित स्टॉक स्थान से सामान लाकर शेल्फ में भरना और प्रोडक्ट की उपलब्धता बनाए रखना।

- सामान व्यवस्थित करना (Product Arrangement): सभी प्रोडक्ट को उनकी सही जगह पर रखना और शेल्फ लेबल, कीमत तथा डिस्प्ले से जुड़े निर्देशों का पालन करना।

- एक्सपायरी चेक करना (Expiry Checking): प्रोडक्ट की एक्सपायरी डेट चेक करना, खराब सामान की पहचान करना और एक्सपायर या जल्द एक्सपायर होने वाले सामान की जानकारी कंपनी के नियमों के अनुसार सीनियर को देना।

- स्टॉक संभालना (Stock Handling): जरूरत पड़ने पर सामान प्राप्त करने, गिनती करने, छाँटने और सही तरीके से व्यवस्थित करने में सहायता करना।

- सफाई बनाए रखना (Cleanliness): अपनी निर्धारित शेल्फ, काउंटर, रास्तों और कार्यस्थल को साफ-सुथरा रखना।

- बिलिंग में सहायता (Billing Support): केवल ट्रेनिंग प्राप्त करने और अधिकृत होने पर ही बिलिंग या कैशियर के काम में सहायता करना।

- ग्राहक की शिकायत (Customer Complaints): ग्राहक की शिकायत को विनम्रता से सुनना और रिफंड, कीमत से जुड़ी समस्या या अन्य शिकायत को संबंधित सीनियर या स्टोर मैनेजर तक पहुँचाना।

- अनुशासन (Discipline): ड्यूटी के समय, यूनिफॉर्म, सुरक्षा निर्देशों और कंपनी की सभी नीतियों का सही तरीके से पालन करना।
