Field Sales Executive – METRO Card Sales
2coms | Delhi NCR (Metro stations & field deployment) | Full-time / Gig-based Field Role | Payout: Every Monday
About the Role
2coms is hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell bajaj Metro cards to commuters at metro stations and transit hubs. This is a target-driven, high-incentive role — the more cards you sell, the more you earn per card.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage commuters at assigned locations to explain the RuPay prepaid card and its benefits
- Achieve daily and monthly card-sales targets to maximize per-card earnings
- Assist customers with the card sign-up/activation process accurately
- Maintain daily sales records and report to the field supervisor
- Represent the Gig4U and Bajaj Pay brand professionally
- Work a minimum number of active days per month to stay eligible for rewards
Earning Structure (September)
- 0–4 cards/day: ₹75 per card (up to ₹300/day)
- 5–6 cards/day: ₹85 per card (up to ₹510/day)
- 7–10 cards/day: ₹100 per card (up to ₹1,000/day)
- 11–14 cards/day: ₹110 per card (up to ₹1,540/day)
Monthly Rewards & Bonuses (requires 15+ active days/month)
- 75 cards/month: ₹1,000
- 120 cards/month: ₹3,000
- Top 3 earners: ₹5,000
- Bumper Offer: Top 3 earners of the month get an additional ₹5,000
- Up to ₹1,000 can be kept in wallet (from daily sales or upfront, based on deployment model)
- New joiners meeting the 75 or 120 card criteria will also be considered for selection
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable with field/on-ground work and daily commuter interaction
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, consistent attendance
- Freshers welcome; prior field sales/promotions experience is a plus
- Willing to work at assigned metro station(s)/public locations
