Supply Chain Excellence & Process Transformation

• Define and drive the Supply Chain Excellence roadmap aligned to organizational growth, profitability, governance, and transformation objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain and Commercial Operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Drive standardization of processes, systems, controls, and operating practices across circles and clusters.
• Review and strengthen SCM policies, frameworks, and governance mechanisms to support evolving business requirements.

Digitalization & Business Intelligence

• Lead adoption of digital solutions, workflow automation, and E-Supply Chain initiatives across Commercial Operations.
• Develop and enhance business intelligence tools, dashboards, and analytical models for data-driven decision-making.
• Drive ERP transformation and system enhancement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Promote greater utilization of digital platforms to improve visibility, productivity, and process compliance.

Operational Excellence & Performance Governance

• Institutionalize standardized processes, controls, and operating frameworks across all circles and functions.
• Govern the Commercial Balanced Scorecard framework and performance management mechanisms to drive operational discipline and accountability.
• Monitor and improve key supply chain, inventory, sourcing, compliance, and service delivery metrics.

Audit, Risk & Compliance Management

• Lead SCM Excellence Framework covering ICFR, RPT, HSW, Permit-to-Work, ERP/Non-ERP Roles & Rights, and other governance requirements.
• Ensure readiness and closure of internal, external, statutory, and management audits.
• Drive sustainable compliance through risk assessments, control reviews, audit monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
• Strengthen governance culture and ensure adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Cost Optimization & EBIT Enhancement

• Drive inventory, sourcing, and spend optimization initiatives to improve organizational EBIT and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities across Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.

Benchmarking & Best Practice Deployment

• Benchmark Supply Chain processes and operating models against industry best practices.
• Identify, institutionalize, and replicate successful practices across circles and clusters.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

HSW Governance

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Wellbeing standards across Commercial Operations.
• Drive HSW governance reviews, compliance assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture across warehouses, logistics operations, and supplier ecosystems.

Capability Building & Knowledge Management

• Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums, capability building, and best-practice dissemination across Commercial teams.
• Drive awareness and adoption of digital tools, operational excellence methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Build organizational capabilities to support a high-performance and transformation-oriented culture.

Strategic Projects & Transformation Initiatives

• Lead and support strategic projects related to Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, Digitalization, HSW, and Sustainability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive transformation programs and business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure successful execution and value realization of key organizational priorities.
