Job Description

We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Google Ads + Meta Ads)


📍 Location: Chatarpur Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

(Based on experience)

🕐 Timing: Monday – Saturday |

10 AM – 6 PM

👥 Openings: 5


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads campaigns manage karna — Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMAX)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns run karna
  • Keyword research aur ad copy optimize karna
  • Pixel setup, Conversion Tracking aur GTM handle karna
  • A/B testing karna creatives aur ad copies ka
  • CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS monitor karna aur optimize karna
  • Winning campaigns scale karna
  • Weekly/monthly performance reports banana

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years ka hands-on experience Google Ads aur Meta Ads mein
  • Real client campaigns ka experience hona chahiye
  • Google Analytics aur Tag Manager ki knowledge ho
  • Results-oriented hona chahiye — sirf theory nahi, actual ROAS deliver karna aata ho
