Growth Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Growth Manager to drive business growth through B2B, enterprise, and SMB sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Identify and generate new B2B, enterprise, and SMB business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Prepare sales plans and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients.

Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.

Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate

English: Intermediate English

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Strong experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and SMB Sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong business development and sales closing abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
