Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating, reservations, and enquiries.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle feedback professionally.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Support daily front-office and restaurant operations as required.
