Job Description
we are looking for an energetic, responsible, and experienced Gym Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help us maintain and improve our standards.
The Gym Manager will play an important role in managing the overall facility, supervising and motivating staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining member satisfaction, supporting membership and sales growth, coordinating with trainers, handling member concerns, and ensuring that the gym remains organized, clean, safe, and welcoming.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-first attitude, good organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in the fitness industry. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, take initiative, solve problems effectively, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the gym.
