About the Role- Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital is looking for a Hair & Skin Specialist / Therapist to join our newly established Hair & Skin Care Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional hair and skin care services, including facials, scalp and hair treatments, spa therapies and other wellness treatments.

Candidates with Ayurvedic treatment experience will be preferred. Candidates without prior Ayurveda experience but having good practical experience in hair, skin, spa or facial services may also be considered, as training in Ayurvedic hair and skin therapies will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic consultation and understand clients' hair and skin concerns.
• Perform professional hair and scalp care treatments.
• Perform facials, skin-care procedures and beauty/wellness therapies.
• Provide appropriate spa and relaxation therapies as per hospital protocols.
• Assist in Ayurvedic hair and skin treatments after appropriate training.
• Follow prescribed treatment protocols and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions to patients/clients.
• Maintain proper records of treatments and services provided.
• Handle equipment, treatment products and therapy rooms responsibly.
• Maintain a professional, courteous and patient-friendly approach.
• Coordinate with doctors/therapists wherever required.
• Recommend suitable treatments only as per approved hospital protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment areas and equipment.
• Continuously learn and develop knowledge of Ayurvedic hair, skin and wellness therapies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in any of the following:
• Hair & scalp care
• Skin care
• Facial services
• Spa/wellness therapies
• Beauty therapy
• Hair treatments

Preferred QualificationCertificate/Diploma in Beauty & Wellness, Cosmetology, Skin Care, Hair Care, Spa Therapy or related field.

• Ayurveda-related qualification or experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with practical experience but without Ayurvedic experience can also be considered and trained.
