URGENT HIRING || HAIR TRANSPLANT COUNSELLOR || IMMEDIATE JOINER

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hair Transplant Counsellor to counsel clients regarding hair transplant and hair restoration procedures. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, explaining treatment options, handling consultations, converting leads into appointments/procedures, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC and other hair restoration treatments.
• Understand client concerns, requirements and expectations and explain suitable treatment options.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and effectively communicate treatment procedures, benefits, pricing and expected outcomes.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Convert enquiries and consultations into procedures while maintaining a professional client experience.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, counsellors and the Center Manager for smooth patient handling.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales/conversion targets.
• Handle client objections and negotiate appropriately to improve conversions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in daily review meetings and share sales/lead updates.
• Prepare daily EOD reports and update management regarding conversions and pending leads.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales or business development.
• Candidates with experience in Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic or Healthcare/Medical Services will be preferred.
• Candidates from other industries with strong consultative sales, face-to-face sales or client relationship experience may also apply.
• Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of CRM and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should be confident, presentable, proactive and willing to learn.
