Job Description
Hotel housekeeping, the main responsibilities are:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Making beds and changing bed linen, towels, and other supplies.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenishing toiletries, drinking water, and room amenities.
- Checking rooms for cleanliness, damage, or missing items.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Handling guests’ requests politely and professionally.
- Following hygiene, safety, and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Managing cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies.
- Collecting and handling laundry, linens, and uniforms.
