Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Female HR Recruiter for our international recruitment process. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle candidate coordination professionally.

Responsibilities

• Calling and screening candidates for overseas job opportunities
• Handling end-to-end recruitment coordination
• Posting jobs on portals like Shine, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
• Scheduling interviews and updating candidates regularly
• Coordinating with internal HR team and clients
• Using Gmail, MS Excel, and other basic computer tools efficiently

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage
• Experience in recruitment or telecalling preferred
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Immediate joiners preferred
