Job Description
- Recruitment and hiring of Telecallers and Field Collection Executives.
- Candidate screening, interview scheduling and joining formalities.
- Maintaining employee attendance, leave and employee records.
- Handling employee queries related to salary, incentives, attendance and policies.
- Preparing and maintaining HR documents, offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinating with Team Leaders and management regarding employee performance and discipline.
- Managing daily joining, resignation and full & final process.
- Supporting payroll and incentive-related coordination.
- Ensuring employees follow company rules, timings and collection process.
- Maintaining proper HR records and reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee handling.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities.
- Prior experience in a collection/recovery agency will be preferred.
