Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and manage sales activities through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms like IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries from phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online portals.
• Manage and respond to leads received from IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch, production, and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain proper communication and professional behavior with clients.
• Handle basic office coordination and documentation work.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, MS Excel, and email handling.
• Experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of B2B sales platforms like IndiaMART is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or office coordination preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
