Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telesales)
Location: Delhi

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The role involves handling telesales activities, connecting with potential customers, explaining our Alkaline Water Ionizer products, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on provided leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing of Alkaline Water Ionizers to customers.
Generate sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the product.
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team if required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and follow-ups.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1–6 years of experience in sales.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email).
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Comfortable working from the Delhi office.
Preferred Skills
Experience in health & wellness, water purifiers, home appliances, or direct sales products.
Fluency in Hindi and Good English.
