Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.

- Sales Pitch & Product Demonstration: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM.

- Follow-up & Negotiation: Regular follow-up with prospects, handle objections, and negotiate to close deals.

- Coordination: Coordinate with marketing, field sales, and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.

- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred)

- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good convincing power and customer handling skills
