Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers over phone calls, explain company products or services, and convert prospects into customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships without regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

Explain company products, services, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.

Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up schedules in CRM software.

Prepare daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and after-sales support.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

Lead generation and sales conversion skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, depending on company requirements.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
