Job Description
Objectives of this role • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving • Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Job Timing :- Shift-Timings(Australian Shift):
• 5:00 AM To 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• 5:00 AM To 11:00 AM (Saturday)
• Sunday Fixed Off
