Job Description

Muthoot Finance – Sales Internship Program with Job Offer 🚀 Muthoot Finance, India’s largest gold loan NBFC, is offering a Sales Internship Program with Job Offer for graduates (B.Tech candidates are not eligible) with 60% or above in Graduation and an age limit of 26 years. The role involves Personal Loan (Digital) – Cross Sell, including lead generation through cold calling, product pitching, cross-selling, customer relationship management, basic loan documentation, preliminary KYC verification, and achieving monthly business and lead targets in coordination with branch managers. The internship is for 1 year, with a stipend/salary of ₹14,000 per month for 1–6 months, ₹18,000 for 7–12 months, and ₹27,000 during probation (13–18 months). After confirmation, the salary is ₹33,333 per month along with a ₹1 lakh retention bonus, based on performance. No bond/service contract is applicable. The selection process includes one Personal Interview round, and the placement is Full-Time.
