Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Pack finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Check product quality, quantity, labels, and packaging materials before packing.
  • Ensure proper sealing, labeling, coding, and carton packing.
  • Maintain daily packing records and production reports.
  • Coordinate with the production, quality control, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure packing targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping guidelines in the packing area.
  • Minimize packing material wastage and prevent product damage.
  • Report defective products, packaging issues, and shortages to the supervisor
  • Ensure packed goods are ready for dispatch on time



Required Qualifications


  • Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass
  • Experience in packing, production, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of packaging materials, labeling, and quality checks.
  • Ability to maintain records and follow standard operating procedures
  • Good teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills
