IT Support Executive

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-level support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and system performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral device.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a technical support
• Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
